Twelve Starz Foundation was founded in Jefferson City, Missouri by Tennessee Titans Wide Receiver, Justin Gage. Gage founded the not-for-profit foundation as a means to give back to his community. His focus is to help provide disadvantaged youth with opportunities and assistance with their educational, athletic, character and life-building skills and experience. Twelve Starz Foundation will assist youth, who, because of their socio-economic status, would not otherwise receive such exposure. Read more in the message from the Founder.

If you wish to make a contribution to Twelve Starz Foundation, please forward check or money order to following P.O. Box with the attached sender's information – i.e., name of company, contribution amount, and where to send the receipt for the donation.
